| Comments: Seller didn't comunicate well. Tracking number was not given for shipment. Rifles received were not cleaned, took about 4.5 hours to clean them. Transaction made me feel uncomfortable with the lack of communication and it took longer than most I've dealt with. |

| Rebuttal: No excuses…. I did forget to call or e-mail the buyers when the guns shipped with the UPS tracking number. As to cleanness, they looked OK to me so I just made sure the surfaces were wiped and oiled down. The buyer did on fault the pictures or description. |
