| Comments: Shipped to the wrong FFL - A different FFL than ours(not sure how such can happen)-unresponsive to phone calls & emails--Took over two months to obtain--Upon receipt did not work properly and no response when so advised!!!! BAD NEWS DEALER!!!!! |

| Rebuttal: your right you do need to get auction arms to help you. because you kept calling my gun shop at 9:30 pm EST expecting for me to answer the phone we close a 6pm EST and everytime I returned you calls I got an answering machine.remember TIMEX. |
