| Comments: HS was listed at 98%, gun arrived at my dealer and together we inspected the gun while unpacking, the pistol has scattered surface rust and the rusted trigger does not work, Avon Gun Shop states that they are not liable because when the gun left their store it was in proper working order.... Beware! |

| Rebuttal: Pistol arrived at his dealer on 6-2, he emailed us on 6-17 wanting a $45 discount. Our guns have a 3 day inspection period. We would have gladly worked with him & his dealer if sent back within the 3 days. We don't give "discounts" for frivoulous claims 2 weeks after a gun arrives. |

| Comments: Fired 1 round & mag sliped partaly out of mag well. discovered mag spring was wedged under rivet but was actualy broke, tit on mag release won't hold mag in mag well. Spring, rivet, and mag release button has to be replaced. This is going to be an expensive T-14 Nambu! |

| Rebuttal: All defects he mentions were clearly stated in the description. One must be responsible for their own reading comprehension! Then he left Negative feedback with no warning, right out of the blue. We thought we had seen it all, but never cease to be amazed by people! |

| Comments: This gun was not as advertised. I called and specifically asked about buggered screw heads, and was told there was none. There were 3 screw heads in bad shape.Also there was no way they could determine the condition of the bore, as it was filthy. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was exactly as described & even described quite conservative. Had nothing but problems with this bidder right from the start. He was fully informed as to condition. Another who refuses a full refund & posts phony feedback instead. (Where do these guys come from???!) |

| Comments: revolver delivered with pitting on crane and trigger guard, ad read "excellent condition with only turn marks", did end up keeping because loss on total return would have $65 wth shipping and ffl fees{called cutting losses} would not deal again... |

| Comments: The gun was not as described "Very Good". Front sight replaced with a home made pin. Spur trigger filed flat. Pivot pin dented on both sides with a drift punch. Locking lever damaged and doesn't center. Definitely would not buy from them again! |

| Rebuttal: Gun was as described & described as Good+. Apparently WAZ can't read. Also he just posts negative feedback without letting us know he's unhappy. Are guns all have a 3 day inspection period as per Auction Arms rules, I guess he just didn't want to return it. |
