| Comments: I was not going to do this but decided to when I checked all dates. Seller got check on 3rd try but sent it back to me(I have check letter & post marks)I will admit the fault on my end.U asked me what I would do in letter,well,Ive waited alot longer 4 alot more money several times on auctions. |

| Rebuttal: you told me for the 4th time you would send me a check & provide me with tracking number you never did i emailed you requesting the same & waited 2 weeks you never responded so i relisted it. this was after being feed alot of BS and 40 days of waiting i gave you every chance in the world |
