| Comments: Gun was totally misrepresented.I was declared brand new in the box. trigger guard and trigger itself has marks.Gun was cleaned and shows solvent still in the barrel.Case was bit up and can never say that he did not see it.Talk to Richard and insisted it is new.Can't afford dealer and shipping cost. |

| Rebuttal: this gun is new in box.I clean all my guns and ship them out clean.it's his mistake to believe that cleaning a gun means it's been fired.he was given the opportunity to return this gun but was unhappy because I would not pay for shipping.Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise stated. |
