| Comments: Seller thanked me for sending $ to him promptly, but apparently doesn't feel any need to reciprocate by shipping the gun he took my money for to me promptly!! It's been 19 days since he thanked me for my prompt payment and the gun is still not in my possession and I'm only 2 days shipping away!!!! |

| Rebuttal: Wow.I am truly zinged. I was indeed slow in shipping to him and definitely in the wrong; slow is NOT the way I usually do business. Sometimes life interferes with the " ... best laid plans..." I did apologize profusely to him and and also sent him a cash rebate to buy lunch for him and a buddy. |
