| Comments: misrepresented pellet rifle "Shoots very hard with good compression" rifle does not pump, does not shoot due to needing new seals. Caveat Emptor! |

| Rebuttal: Gun pumped and shot fine . I pumped 4 strokes every thing worked as it should.i did this 3 times to check seals as i always do. So i can note in auction listing. Buyer may have OVERPUMPED blowing seals ?? Don't know but a possibility with antique gun and inexperienced shooter ?? |

| Comments: Seller's feedback: rude and dishonest. Seller sent quirky e-mail that was auto deleted. 2nd E-mail was responded to in 1 bus. day. Payment sent to buyer via priority mail w/ receipt conf. Seller acknowledged then posted neg anyways. Poor communication and poor ethics. Gun was crap! |

| Rebuttal: FIRST OFF MY PAYMENT TERMS ARE VERY CLEAR 7 DAYS NOT 12 OR 13.SO A NEG FEED BACK WAS PLACED AFTER THE 10TH DAY.BUYER WAS SENT EMAIL TITLED SEALION. AS THAT WAS WHAT THE GUN IS CALLED HE BID ON.HE CHOOSE TO DELETE IT,THATS ON HIM.GUN WAS AS NEW AND HE KNOWS IT.FAR AS ETHICS CHECK MY FEEDBACK NO NEGS |
