| Rebuttal: The items in question were shipped the day after payment was received. We have no control over any package after it is placed in the shipping agent's care. These items were shipped fully insured (as are all of our packages). The customer posted this feedback BEFORE giving us a chance to collect the insurance and send a complete refund.
