| Comments: I think I have taken on this last deal with tank man, I won the bid on a Glock 23 kit he said it was complete but when it showed up it was missing parts and the high cap mag was for a Glock 22. I will not be dealing with him again. |

| Rebuttal: We offered to take the mag back but received no answer. All parts were in the set. This person did not know what he was buying. We offered to work with him. |
