| Comments: I won the auction on 6 Dec, by 19 Dec no contact by him had been made. Made several phone calls; number disconnected. Never answered emails. Contacted AuctionArms twice by phone and once by email. They advised to post a negitive feedback. |

| Rebuttal: I had taken a job out of town and didn't have access to my computer. By the time I did, it was too late to correct the situation. My bad! I am now in a position to once again do business as I have for 7+ years. My apologies. |

| Comments: Seller was slow to communicate before the sale. Same day payment by me. VERY slow to ship the item. Before the sale, seller offered a full return policy if there was a problem. There IS a problem with the item, and seller has not returned any of my emails. Do not do business with this seller. |

| Rebuttal: My computer had crashed and I had been working out of town. I went to the library and made contact with him and offered a refund as stated. He said don't worry about it as I sold it to somebody else! Why would you sell an item you know doesn't work? Yes I was slow due tomy job, but I did what I said |

| Rebuttal: I was moving and item was not where I was at the time,offered and gave a refund as requested, as it was the best way to resolve the issue at the time. |

| Comments: This person is way too slow in responding and sending the items purchased.It has been two weeks since he got the check and still no package. 300 letters doesn't let me express how I feel. NO I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN ! I sent a money order so it isn't because of the check |

| Rebuttal: Some of us can't get online daily & some of us take days off,therein lies his problem,He had mdse 14 days after he wrote the check!I have proof! UPS took 8 days to ship and I have no control over that.I feel booger red was & is IMPATIENT & that's not HEALTHY! |
