| Rebuttal: Even though payment terms were in my auction and shown by GunAuction, he refused to send payment. He then suggested I just relist it, eating the fees, and he would post good feedback. He then posted a neutral with no explanation. Deadbeat bidder and not worth the trouble. |

| Comments: The ammo listed in the auction was not all the same caliber as described, nevertheless he refunded my money and paid for the return shipping. He is a very honest person to deal with and anwered my emails in a very timely manner. |
