| Comments: The item was described as a Walther P99. I received a Walther P990. Mr. Collins, to his credit, answered my email query and said I could send the gun back. I’ll keep the gun, but I have to point out that this is not an acceptable way to do business. |

| Rebuttal: I posted the gun as it was sold to me. It was explained that the P990 IS a P99(similar to the variants of HK.). I offered to refund the money. What more could I do? |
