| Comments: Auction ended May 1 to date this buyer has not responded to any phone messages or emails, nor have I received payment. I hate to have to do this but AA requires it to get my fees back. I will block this buyer who I have delt with in the past from bidding anymore. |

| Comments: I billed him and gave him two weeks to respond. He never sent payment so I emailed him and asked if there was a problem. He responded that he thought he had already sent payment but would get it right out. Ten days later I surrendered! Can't say I want to do business with him again. |
