| Comments: Seller did not list he was a private party. Selling as many guns as he does without an FFL? Had to cancel deal after no local ffl's in my area would accept transfer from private party. He could have shipped via FFL to make deal happen. He did refund most of my money, except he took some for fees... |

Seller said does not need business and would negate deal if I paid him off. Won't buy from again unless S/H $ recovered in value of gun. Charges all to cover flat S/H to AK/HI. |

| Comments: I received the gun and it was as described. But buyer beware: ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID. I was over charged for shipping, he added on a handling fee, and he uses a C&R as a FFL. AND he illegally ships long guns through the US postal service. I won't buy from him again. |

| Rebuttal: First of all it plainly states My shipping charges.As far as the C&R lisence is concerned,it allows me to ship A Curio and Relic to either an FFL or another C&R holder,legally.Finally,he bought a piece that should have brought $400.00 for a little over $200.00.A real class act! |
