| Comments: In my opinion this individual is lacking of integrity. I feel he sold a cracked stock and is using a legal loophole to not stand behind it. I still have not fired the rifle, but will have to take it to a competent gunsmith before I do. |

| Rebuttal: Wow! Buyer (in violation of auction rules) disassembled rifle (punched pins, over-torqued screws, etc.) He didn't know what he was doing and cracked a really fine stock. Now he whines instead of accepting responsibility for his own actions. I wonder why he thinks there are rules? |
