| Comments: 9 days after auction closed, buyer called to say they was going to send personal check, it has been 2 weeks sense that phone call for a total of 23 days from close of auction. Was the check sent/lost in mail? I am sorry but I'm done waiting. Even though he now says a cashiers check can be sent PDQ. |

| Rebuttal: My mistake not sending by del.conformation.9days was postmark after 2 e-mails and phone call.Advised by PO to wait 3wks for lost mail.AIC informed and agreed.Called before 2nd check mailed & he said no.Said he would loose money on Penny Auction & would use time expired to back out of deal.GO FIGURE |
