| Comments: Two boxes were nice new brass as described, but the other one was not primed brass but fired ammo with the fired primer still intact. I guess he made an error in his description of the fired ammo. |

| Comments: Everything fine until I rec'd the rifle. Good communications & fast shipping. Rifle was a wreck. He describes as 97% - more like 85%. Bolt had been replaced & safety did not work properly. Firing pin had been broken & re-welded. He did hesitantly agree to refund money but I'm stuck for $60 shipping. |

| Comments: No problem with transaction.Description of condition not totally accurate due to rust/pitting in bore. Regardless, I opted to keep gun instead of returning for refund as offered. |

| Comments: No mention of Dried Grease on just about the Whole Gun, and it was baked on the Receiver, in Barrel and even the Rear Sight that I can't even move. Must have been shot while still in the Cosmolean . Very poor description, wouldn’t have purchased if known. D-D-D- |

| Rebuttal: YOU CALLED ME AND I TOLD YOU THAT THE GUN HAD GREASE OR COSMOLEAN ALL OVER THE GUN AND NEED TO BE CLEANE IF YOU DID NOT WANT THE GUN YOU SHOULD OF SENT IT BACK. |

| Comments: Described gun "as new". Arrived with two inches cut off the barrel, poor crown job, and missing the sling studs. Only reason not giving him a negative is because the gun shoots and I'm okay with the deal. Ask specific questions before buying. |
