| Comments: Rifle was very nice condition but not as nice as described. Additional scratches on buttstock & rust on sling swivel. Definitely not mint. Communication okay at best. I had to ask some questions twice and he lost the UPS tracking number. |

| Rebuttal: The gun was mint. look at my other auctions, I always get a "better than described" comment. I counted 3 dings he counterd 4 dings.I didn't lose the UPS tracking number, but I sent it out the day I got funds 2nd day air for no add charge. why did he not ask for a refund if it was not as described? |
