| Comments: Mag in great shape and good price. Problem was seller didn't return e-mails. Got payment info. Requested to be e-mailed when payment rec'd and when mag shipped. No reply! Had to call. Then got "oh yeah, we got your payment and we'll send out the mag". Def. get phone number before you send money. |

| Rebuttal: Magazine was shipped the day after payment was recieved. Email was answered on Monday and was sent by customer on Sunday. We are not open on Sunday so it was answered when we opened monday. |

| Comments: I really wanted this rifle. However when the seller added extra payment conditons not specified in the auction, I became wary. I have purchased pistols where the seller has stated cashiers check only. This seller changed the rules after the auction was over. Shame on you!! bad form!! |

| Rebuttal: There was never any added payment conditions.(His bid + shipping, listed in ad) Customer told me he would only pay via pay pal, and we don't have a pay pal account. All e-mails during this transaction are available for review. |
