| Comments: Gun was not exactly new as described. Hag been fired a number of times. There is a distinct locking lug wear ring around cylinder indicating a lot of cocking and the locking lug recesses in the cylinder show a light amount of wear. |

| Rebuttal: The only time this gun may have been fired was when the factory test fired it. Revolvers will show slight cylinder marks if they are cocked just a few times. Sorry if you don't believe me. |
