| Comments: Buyer was unable to find an FFL who would accept shipment of the rifle he purchased from a non license holder. would reccomend finding better people to work with. I have done this a long time and have never had this happen. |

| Rebuttal: seller would not ship gun thru a licenced ffl dealer as my ffl dealer would not accept delivery from non ffl. did not state he was not ffl holder during auction |
