| Comments: This gentleman did not have the item in stock. When I contacted him, he said he would have to order it from Benelli, but that he was having trouble with Benelli and didn't know when he would be able to get one. I think it is unethical to offer auction items one does not have in hand. |

| Comments: I won and he didn't sell. He says the " the gun is not available-bad mechanical problems". It was listed as in excellent condition. He didn't get the price he wanted. Gun was relisted within 1 hour. Check his other feedback, negative, neutral and positive. I am the 5th person he has done this to. |
