| Comments: This is a follow up on Emmett, his continued assault and slanderous activities are somewhat amusing for a gentleman his age. He continues to leave negative feedback for his wrong doings, blaming others for his inaffective ability to conduct a transaction in a business like manner... He continues to be a possible threat to us honest people on the internet. He remains active in his assault of missguided antics and is trying to get people to stop using our services... continued boycott of this person is highly recommended for the safety of your money and sanity... |

| Rebuttal: You see, this is what I mean! This happened in August and I still get e-mail from this person. The harassment never ends, you can even go to the police and they are reluctant to do anything. But ...what do you expect from a person who sells porno on his web site? Be very careful of Dan, stay away from his auctions, stay away from him, and be glad you don't live as close to him as I do. E-Mail me if you have questions. Thanks. |

| Comments: Apperently Emmett likes to slander people ans spread malicious lies about ones conduct. In response to his attempt at this he failed to inform the public of his ill doings in this matter... He sends the money for the product about 3 weeks late, does not include any discription or letter to accompany the order, so, when the order finally arrives we have no way to determine what it is for. Look at one of his other ratings earlier, it seems that he may be a bit on the retentive side and quick to jump the gun.. For your own peace of mind try to avoid any dealings with this person, or you may end up on his negative feedback list for his mistakes... |

| Rebuttal: I won an auction with fup. The next day I sent fup a check, with the auction number and discription listed on the check. Three days later my check cleared the bank, you see fup only lives 80 miles away. 45 days later, after many unanswered e-mails, faxing a copy of the check to admin, admin. e-mailing fup with the proof, threats e-mailed to me by fup, I recieved a package. Did this package include the new zytel M-11 mag. that I bid on??? No! Instead I recieved an old beat up mag. that does not work. Be careful when dealing with fup. He did an Illegal back round check on me, and one day someone was watching my house with binoculars. He kept e-mailing me until until I told him I would go to the postal inspector and ATF. Now all he does is post untrue statements. Be very careful with this person! |
