| Comments: Seller omitted major problems in the item description which was grossly misleading. Gun had been re-painted and there were two large "dings" on the right side of the barrel. Photographed only good side. Seller refused to refund all costs. In my opinion a very dishonest, unfair and deceptive seller. |

| Rebuttal: The listing for my item was very clear, My pictures were also very clear, showed a close up of front, middle,and the front end. My item was in very good condition,it showed in pictures. The auction has e mail for any questions, he should ask questions.Besids I offered a full refund, and he refused. |
