| Comments: i won bid was told by seller new unfired bushmaster carbine it turned out upper & lower different brands not new not unfired all he wanted was out I e mailed seller 4 days before close of auction ask for model got no response assumed he knew what he was selling guess what! |

| Rebuttal: I auctioned for a friend that did'nt have access to a P/C. I didn't see the gun at 1st which I should have inspected.When auction was over and we were ready to ship I saw that the upper and lower were different and suggested to the buyer to back out. This is the thanks I get for being honest. |

| Rebuttal: It was a Remington 512.22.This gun sold for 125.00. The old man who I sold the gun for had a scope mounted on the receiver years ago and then removed it leaving the holes there.I give a 3 day inspection and never received a call from him. I would have returned his money |
