| Comments: One of the worst packed rifles I have encountered in twenty years of collecting. Cheap and flimsy carton with barrel and bolt handle sticking out. For this I paid $20. No padding and no receipt. Poor communications. Will not purchase from this seller again. |

| Rebuttal: MAILED OUT AN FFL TO SELLER, AND THE POSTAL MONEY ORDER SEPARATELY. SELLER GOT THE FFL AND COULD NOT WAIT FOR THE MONEY ORDER. AS OF NOW THE MONEY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TO ME BY THE SELLER, WHO SOLD THE GUN BEFORE GETTING THE POSTAL M.O. GEE HOW CONVENIENT.WILL NOT DEAL WITH MR. SPEEDY AGAIN |

| Comments: He listed rifle as "very good","90% blue","clean barrel,rifleing to the end". He didn't mention the rust on the reciever, barrel, magazine, barrel bands. Bore was so dirty I couldn't see any rifeling! He shipped UPS & invioced it as a "Muffler Pipe"!. UPS inspected the box and found the rifle! |
