| Comments: Even now, after all of the buyer's misimpressions about delivery have been corrected, he refuses to admit that all he ever had to do to clear up the matter was take the shipping number I gave him to his post office. This guy is a baby and a blame-shifter. Avoid him, or expect trouble. |

| Rebuttal: $4500 payment was in sellers account within 5 days from TX to WI. Advised Seller that tracking number would not work for myself, ffl dealer, or USPS. Win 21 was shipped wrapped in a sheet and sweat pants. 21 had a cracked stock and forearm. Description was said to be "perfect". |
