| Comments: This man is a thief, took two months to get his information and sent a bank cashier's check for my 3 S&W magazines (new old stock) and shipping. Would not buy from this man again. I'm 70 years old and this could beget the magazines. I also sent infor to GUNAUCTION.COM but have not herd from them. |

| Rebuttal: Pathological liar. Sent him 5 new Walther Factory PP magazines by mistake. He refused to return them until I sent him the correct magazines. Little doubt that he would keep both. Needs professional psychiatric counseling in a secured structural environment and is a prime candidate for a lobotomy. |

| Comments: FRAUD, the butt plate he sent wasn't the one he posted a photo of ( it was used and not the same manufacturer ). Now he wants me to return it at my expense ( his fault not mine, he should pay for the return ). Who's to say he wouldn't keep the return and not send me the correct one. He's a scammer. |

| Rebuttal: Offered to send correct butt plate upon return of the wrong butt plate. Buyer refused. This is typical scam to keep both butt plates. Buyer would have been reimbursed return postage but again refused, a red flag that the buyer is a scammer. AVOID AND BLOCK |

| Rebuttal: The trigger group was misplaced during a move and subsequently found. Returned money in interim. Trigger group found and winner contacted that group found. Ignored my e-mails that part available. Part has since been relisted. This needs professional supervision in restricted environment. |
