| Comments: recv the thompson on a timely matter, the drum truned out to be a 39 round not 50, i never heard of a 39 round myself the thompson jammed open after 10 rounds, had to send to a smith to be repaired, informed seller, all he could say was he did not know thompsons. |

| Rebuttal: This person never contacted me to let me know there was a problem. I would think that if you have a problem the common courtsey would be to contact the seller.I have no idea what item he is talking about. |
