| Rebuttal: I apologize for whatever this misunderstanding is Sir. I have reviewed all of our deleted messages, you only sent 3 messages regarding two auctions, both asking if they had shipped yet. Both were replied to with tracking numbers within 48 hours. Did you change your email address? |

| Comments: They had my payment and FFL info and didn't send the gun until I had to call and figure it out a long time later. I was left empty handed for my sons birthday and there only comment was "it takes time" if you buy from sportsmans apparently it might take weeks untill they mail your purchase. |
