| Rebuttal: Actually you accused me of committing fraud because you had not gotten me an FFL to ship to. You are a troublemaker and it is my choice not to sell you a firearm. You have been instructed to request a chargeback and you will receive your refund. Other sellers this guy is trouble. Do not sell to him. |

| Comments: I called several times trying to pay for this item,I was always told that the owner was not there,why someone else could not take my cc info I don’t know,very frustrating,he has the nerve to call me a deadbeat? |

| Rebuttal: You called once and I got the message you would call back which you never did. When you bought this I had just hired a new employee and she simply did not feel comfortable doing the transaction, that is why she told you to call back. GunAuction requires me call you out to get refunded. |

| Comments: My bid was his starting price, I was the only bidder so I won. At the close, seller contacted me and said the gun had already sold through his store and was not available to me. He claimed that GunAuction would not allow him to remove it. This makes GunAuction not a legitimate auction site. |

| Comments: Poor business practices, refused to send us an invoice. Stated that he didn't do business by sending invoices. He thought he had listed the rifle on GunBroker. It's so easy to invoice on Gun Auction. Confused as to where he had listed the rifle. Said he is going to leave bad feedback on GunBroker. |

| Rebuttal: All lies! Customer sent 3 emails asking for an invoice. I don't send invoices I only send an email explaining how the customer can pay for item. He refused to pay. I never said anything about GunBroker, that is a lie. This guy and his business are liars. Beware of them, they are looking to scam you. |
