| Comments: I would not recommend this buyer. After he won, he replied to notice of winning auction advising he thought S&H was free. I had my free S&H policy posted in BOLD RED TEXT in the top heard of auction. No further contact was made from bidder. Just another DEADBEAT bidder!!! |

| Rebuttal: I e-mailed the seller that I "thought" his ad said free s&h, he said no. I sent the entire amount the next day. He seems alittle anxious to criticize, was rude about a logical question. |

| Comments: DEADBEAT BIDDER.... DO NOT HONOR THIS GUYS BIDS, HE WILL NOT PAY !!! Told me he was out of town and would send payment in 3 to 5 days, 7 days later I emailed and he said he'd send payment right out. The next day he wrote to say he'd changed his mind. DEADBEAT !!! |

| Rebuttal: This is true. I had just started using auction arms and instead of using the 3 day right of recission it seemed easier to end it then. I offered and paid all fees that the seller had incurred. I was the only bidder on the gun. |
