| Comments: Seller claims he forgot to post a reserve, but (with no reserve) ran for the full 7 days. Having 224 auctions he knows how these actions work. Having won auction 9440811.0 he know claims he can't sell the posted item at the winning price. Do not do bussiness with someone won't stand by his contract |

| Rebuttal: Due to a typing error, the item was offered at a price below our cost. Bidder was offered item at substantial discount but he declined to accept it, wanting only to pay a price way below market and our cost. He is quite unreasonable to deal with. |

| Comments: Item listed not same as shipped. It was an opps on his part. Sent a message day received - and returned next day. Took 3 weeks after returned item received to refund check. Poor communication after found out wrong item listed and received. Did not respond to messages at all. |

| Comments: Worst transaction I have had on any auction site. Seller did not have item at time of auction, and more than a month later still does not have it. Every week a different story. AuctionArms has reviewed transaction and instructed seller to return my payment immediately. |

| Rebuttal: Despite clear statement in auction that we do not accept personal checks, bidder sent personal check. We then waited 3 weeks for bank clearance. By then, we had run out of the caliber. When it came in he refused to accept it and demanded refund. Bidder is a very difficult person to deal with. |

| Comments: He contacted me using a different name and didn't know what auction I had won; sold the item I won at a show after the auction closed and sent a different item that he claimed was "better"; then sent my complaints to the gunmaker as if I had complained about them, not him. Proceed with caution! |
