| Comments: I received the rifle in a timely manner, and the gun was as stated with the exception that a 30 round magazine that was clearly identified as coming with this gun was NOT shipped with the gun. I am presently having no success at contacting seller. |

| Comments: seller stated that the gun was in ex-95% condition.no mention about the grip on left side at bottom of grip was scuffed.gun had marks on barrel looked like it had been scraped with some other kind of metal.it was more like 70% or 80% condition. would not do business with this place again. |

| Comments: Stock is scrached as stated but metal is not "pristine" as stated. It has rust on action in two places and barrel also has rust in two places with lots of blue wear at muzzel and back. Scope rings and bases also rusted with several blemishes on the scope. |

| Rebuttal: The rifle left our facility in the condition as described in the auction listing. We do offer a 3-day return policy if the bidder believes that the rifle is not as-described, but have heard nothing from this bidder. |
