| Rebuttal: I have reached out to the buyer but he did not respond. The buyer did not contact me about his concern before posting negative feedback. I did not see any 'holes'; my ad reflected exactly what I could see, and lots of pictures. When others asked, I sent more. He got a great Model 21. |
