| Rebuttal: The bidder was messaged when I received the payment that his by sending a personal check that until the bookkeeper notifies me that it has cleared the bank and that this takes typically a week to ten days, also this is stated in all my auctions, it appears that this is a difficult concept to grasp |

| Rebuttal: The buyer seems to have got caught up in bidding and over paid, his "broken hand guard" had loose screws {or loosened}in the hand guard of a top break single, I tightened the screws and it works perfect, I think this is a way to get out of keeping cheap gun he paid twice what was worth, |
