Seller grossly overcharges on postage w/promise to refund but very slow to obtain.Communicate by email in order to have documentation of dealings.Gun quality over stated;later learned it only NRA 75%. Seller not reasonable as self-righteously thinks he's above reproach in his dealings. |

| Rebuttal: Smith & Wesson .38 Caliber "Air-Weight" Snub-Nose Pistol, with Holster! 5-shot famed light weight pistol in very good used condition! Auctioned in as is condition! I offered this guy a full refund, he refused to answer email, then accused me of trying to steal money from him.If unhappy send it back! |

| Comments: Firearm described as very good. Upon receipt of firearm it was immediately obvious the forearm was cracked. Photo/description did not describe crack. Upon contacting seller his comment was he did not know about crack, and "Best regards". "Not knowing" what you are selling does'nt cut it. |

| Rebuttal: AuctionArms has a mandatory 3 day return. This buyer did not want a return. He decided to keep it. If he was not satified, he should have returned it for a complete refund. Best regards to all. |
