| Comments: A very hard person to get a hold of, in the pass 4 days I have sent him 2 emails asking for a mailing address and still have'nt got a reply back from him, now I ask how can you pay him? |

| Rebuttal: We Apologize for the delay in response. This past week my father Bill Blair (BrassMan) Passed away after his battle with cancer, a result of his service to our Country during Vietnam. We will be continuing his business but, we ask for your patience as we put back together the pieces. |

| Comments: Description stated bore was "bright and shiny" and gun had been rebarreled. Bore and muzzle were actually rough, pitted, and dark. Would never have bid on gun if description was accurate. Seller claims gun was as described when shipped. Gun has not been fired since it left the seller. |

| Rebuttal: When the gun was posted and shipped, the condition was as stated. We would have refunded his bid (per our policy) if the buyer had contacted us within a reasonable time. The buyer waited nearly three weeks after delivery to contact us. Therefore, it is non-returnable due to this extended period. |
