| Comments: I was high bidder for auction 4909623 on 9/14/03. For 5 days I sent 5 emails through the Auctionarms email system to rootmanslim with no response. I am disappointed. I won't again bid with this seller. One week after the "successful" bid I give this user a negative rating. |

| Rebuttal: The auction closed on the 14th. I was elk hunting in the back country (no computer) until last night. Had he called my wife she would have told him that. I'm sorry he feels this way but I have contacted him within the 7 day window and the sale is valid. |

| Comments: I bid on an item (parker pinecone book)witch was a dutch auction that started at 5.00$ and i bid the amount and won the bid left him 2 emails with no response AND reposted the items. |

| Rebuttal: I never received the emails. Didn't know there was a problem until checking my feedback tonite 10/15. It's not in my best interest to ignore sales as that's $ to me. Have emailed him tonite in attempt to correct situation. |

| Comments: I won two bids from this man, he did not respond to my several E-mail attempts. I got his phone number from Manny, left messages -no responce. He didn't even have the common fortitude to tell me he changed his mind, or whatever. Just know that if you bid on this mans items and win he may welch on the deal. HAL-9000 |
