| Comments: Seller sent invoice, I sent money order/FFL certified. Seller took offence to certified mail and then refused to complete transaction stating "it should have sold for much more" This was a penny/no reserve auction! Filling fraud case with USPS and BATFE BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!!!!! |

| Comments: Scam Alert! I called this gunshop. EMPLOYEE (not owner) said make out the check to me. I said that's unusual, why not to the shop? I'm more likely to be a fraud victim if I write a check to a business, he says. I said, respectfully, may I speak to a supervisor. He IMMEDIATELY hung up. Very fishy. |

| Rebuttal: A $167 sale, this buyer couldn't understand simple payment instructions sent by GunAuction. He phoned several times, emailed even more. After listening to nonsense for ten minutes, shipping, insurance, his new mobile phone, he stated my listing may be a scam. I hung-up. It's always the $2 buyers. |
