| Comments: The rifle was very nice as advertised. No quarrel with the product. However, these people have a communication problem. Failure to respond to emails, provide no shipping confirmation, etc. Have to call them and find out when item was shipped, etc. This is not the first time either. |

| Comments: 13944339 Low price so happy with rifle...80% happy with NWArmory. Despite the description and many photos, the ONLY significant defect was NOT disclosed..it was worse than any described or pictured defects. Ask for photos that cover 100% of the gun or a list of all visible defects. Good packaging. |

| Comments: The gun was nice, but the shipping was very slow. They only cranked out a label after I called and they had my cash for a week, and then they cranked out a label and the gun didn't ship for two more days. Disappointing service for a cash payment that arrived three days after the auction ended. |

| Rebuttal: We apologize for the delayed shipping. We had some bad weather--snow, topped with freezing rain, and some of our employees could not make it in to work. We got a bit behind, but tried to get all shipments out as fast as we could. |

| Rebuttal: He was concerned because it was his first Gun Auction purchase, and he did not get an email response when he sent his FFL. We try to respond to emails as quickly as possible, but try to package and ship before we answer emails. We did send an email with the tracking number when it shipped. |

| Comments: I kept the pistol, It was in fair shape. But it did show up stinking to high heavens of Browning Solution. I was told it was a consignment item and they did not know anything about it.I did have to neutralize the pistol for fear it might cause damage to others in my safe. Communication was good. |

| Rebuttal: This was an inexpensive gun we took in on consignment, and we certainly wouldn't have "helped" it, as he claimed. We offered he could return it for a refund, but he wanted to keep it. We try to make our customers happy. He was very rude in his emails, and we won't be selling to him again. |

| Rebuttal: The auction closed 11/13. We received payment on 11/19 and shipped the gun out on 11/20. It was delivered to his dealer on 11/26. We don't feel that qualifies as "slow shipping", but guess you can't please everybody. |

| Comments: Rifle was listed as "excellent" and 98% overall with shiny bore.Upon receipt I would give it NRA "fine" for the dings in wood,worn bluing on bolt handle and scrapes on the barrel.The bore was fouled and the rifle wasn't cleaned in a while.They offered a refund after my third email,but I decline. |

| Rebuttal: Auction #3503031,ended 11/17, Mr. Olsen's pmt. was postmarked 11/21, rifle was ready to ship 11/29, but no UPS service until 12/2 because of holiday. UPS del. it to his dealer 12/9. Our store mgr. was in a very bad car wreck Tue. 11/26. We tried very hard to keep all of our AA customers happy. |
