| Comments: Item was reasonably as described, bore was a little less than as described but the rest was pretty much as described. However, this muzzle loader was shipped loaded with a 250gr slug and 80gr of powder! |

| Rebuttal: I purchased the rifle from an estate auction, the ram rod went all the way down to the end of the barrel I had no idea it was loaded when I shipped it, I'm glad the buyer found and took care of the problem without anyone getting hurt, I'll have to be more careful in the future |

| Rebuttal: Buyer's M.O. lost in mail, he wanted me to wait 60 days untill another was issued, I told him it was not acceptable, and I would relist item, he said relist it, if you get my M.O. and cash it, that's fraud, I left him neutral feedback and he did same |
