| Comments: Dissapointed> Sent payment same day I won auction only to find out days later the seller did not have the item. He did return my money. Transaction failure is in no way my fault. |

| Rebuttal: He is correct. He bought a box of ammo that I listed. It was at my dealers shop and it disappeared. It was either sold in store by mistake or pilfered. No one there knows. Of course I provided full refund and apology. |

| Comments: recieved damaged goods well packed not opened no broken pieces in package so was sent damaged and seller tried to blame fed ex i tried to work out he sent damaged goods bottom line if broken in shipping broken pieces dissapeared buyer beware |

| Rebuttal: The goods were perfect when packaged. Buyer refused to report damaged goods to FEDEX for inspection although it was insured. Suspicious. My prior record for years shows my credibility. Buyer claims the tips were broken off the bullets!!!??? Have you ever seen that? Come-0n. Show me pics! |
