| Rebuttal: IMRE WAS CORRECT AS I DID BID ON A PISTOL HE HAD IN THE NETHERLANS HE WANTED CASH ONLY, SHIPMENT THRU US. MAIL AND NO FFL. REQUIRED SO AFTER THINKINKING BOUT IT I ASKED THE LOCAL ATFABOUT THE LAGALITIES AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD NOT BE WISE TO PURCHASE AS IT CANNOT BROUGHT THRU THE MAIL BEING A HAND GUN , AND NEEDED AN IMPORT PERMIT AND A FIREARMS DLR. TO DO THIS . I DID CONTACT IMRE AND APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY ALSO NOTIFIED MANNY AT AA"S . THE PISTOL THEN WENT TO RAAF. WHO FOR WHATEVER REASON DECIDED TO SELL IT AGAIN ON AA AND ALSO HAD IT LISTED ON GUNBROKER, MY BOTTOM LINE WAS THE LEGALITY OF THE SALE AND WAS IT A STING BY BIG BROTHER . THANK YOU CHEAPER. |
