| Comments: Seller listed under Curios and Relics, then informed me at the end of auction that item must be sold as a modern firearm and all original info ie: Make, Model etc was removed from the barreled action when it was sporterized. This is a violation of the Brady Act and Calif Penal Code 12094. |

| Rebuttal: Before committing to this "purchase" the buyer e-mailed me asking if this barreled action had to be shipped to a FFL. I e-mailed him back immediately & stated that I would only ship to a FFL. He used the buy it now feature & insisted that I ship a sporterzied rifle to his residence w/o a FFL. |
