| Rebuttal: This was a long ordeal becasue this indicidual sent me his personal C&R FFL for a modern day rifle. When I told him I needed an actual FFL for the rifle he tried to convince me to ship to him - "I do it all the time" he says. I still refused and had to wait for another FFl to be mailed. |
