| Comments: Unbelievable attitude.He Misrepresents pistol as matching, tells me-ship it back at MY expense. Tells me if I want a "nice pistol" buy one for a couple of hundred more. Made no attempt to adjust the price for the omission,intentional or not,then accuses me of extortion. WOW. Watch out for this guy. |

| Comments: Seller is misrepresenting his auction. Seller claims the rifle is genuine. I pointed out 5 inconsistencies that I found on his rifle that I can't confidently say that the rifle is genuine. It might have been tinkered with. I can't purchase a rifle that in my mind is questionable. |

| Rebuttal: Person who left this feedback has absolutely publically humilited themselves with their monumental ignorance of Winchesters truly made them selves a laughingstock among collectors. The gun was sold immediately to a knoweldgable collector. Perhaps they would be happier collecing hotwheels |

| Comments: This bidder wants to play by his own rules. Didn't think he should have to respond to email for "cheap $50 box of pistol ammo" Would not sent PROOF of age or ammo statement. The auction was VERY clear on these issues and so is Auction Arms. Ammo was relisted according to THE RULES. |
