| Comments: Safety was jury rigged and could not be fixed.Left messages and emails. On the one occasion someone actually picked up the phone was told they no longer had FFL and could not take the gun back. Hope the next big earthquake out there is ground zero at their office during working hours. |

| Comments: Stock was broken at wrist . Dealer denied it. Description said very good cond however when my gunsmith shot it both barrels doubles and one barrel firing pin pierced primer. They sold a wall hanger and refuses to send my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE..BAD.BAD. EXPERIENCE. |

| Comments: Not happy with the outcome of this auction. Received an invoice, paid it, then received a phone call the following week that the item had been double listed and previously sold! I was told I would be refunded my payment and receive 10% off a future purchase. The refund did not cover my costs. |

| Rebuttal: Sorry! A human error occurred and we double listed this gun we corrected the issue as soon as we found it we refunded 100% of what was paid we would not refund additional money that was not paid |

| Comments: No communication with this seller at all. This gun was in good condition except for the front sight which was damaged. In addition, there was a hole drilled in the front sight from the side and metal was removed removing the ramp. Sent 2 emails to the seller describing this but no response. |
