| Comments: Terrible material. Hard like hell. Tried to contact them few times, but not answer. Cheap, terrible item. Very expensive shipping ($8-!!) for this small item too.Don't buy this item, be beware.You can buy a Hogue rubber grip for thesame price. |

| Comments: Beware of seller!! Auction Arms rules strongly suggest that a buyer verbally verify and complete sale with seller. I attempted several times with phone calls and e-mail and received not communication at all from seller and I did not complete sale as advised by AA staff. |

| Rebuttal: THIS INDIVIDUAL DECIDED HE SHOULDN'T PAY FOR WHAT HE BID ON AND WON. HE ASKED TO GET OUT OF THE SALE AND SEND BACK THE ITEMS FOR A REFUND. EVERYTHING WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION AND EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND PHOTOGRAPHED. |

| Rebuttal: CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS DO NOT READ ALL THE RULES IN BIDDING SUCH AS RETURNS, REFUNDS, SHIPPING COSTS ETC. BEFORE THEY BID. THEY DON'T READ THE DESCRIPTIONS AND AFTER THEY WIN THE AUCTION, ARE UPSET WITH THEMSELVES FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND TAKE IT OUT ON THE SELLER. THIS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF THIS. |
