| Comments: Not the best of transactions..they had an old email address posted which left me unanswered for almost 2 weeks and they refused to allow me any breaks in postage due to this aggravation. Didn't include their FFL with guns, so I had to call them. Guns were nice though even though service was not. |

| Rebuttal: If you look at our track record you can see what kind of service we really do provide here on AA and also you can also look at our Ebay feed back at (BIGBOYSGUNS). In this world there are those people that you can’t make happy no matter how hard you try. |
